    Thanks for this post. I've been dealing with anxiety myself, and it's so weird to me that sometimes I don't even know how to talk about it. I can't really explain to people why things that are hard to them I don't worry about, but silly things like making a phone call or sending an email sometimes make me sick with stress. Or sometimes after I get home from social events, I replay all the events in my mind, wincing at everything I said and did.
